< 'A fragment of yellow plastic ball, ripped on one edge to suggest a small chicks wing. For its head, a pink plastic tag gave the right scale, and showed an eye. Construction was a challenge. A piece of driftwood set into the concave reverse side of the chicks body provided fixing points for the yellow brush tail feathers. A story if our times. Do not believe everything you hear!'
