Lee decorates his pots using the traditional Korean method of Buncheong. White slip is applied to a dark stoneware body. Whilst it is still wet Lee uses his hands to spread it over the pot.

Lee's work is in public collections worldwide, including the V&A and the British Museum in the UK.
