At Goldmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Goldmark account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
